2. Services & Payments:

• Full payment is required before starting any service or course.
• Custom projects require a signed agreement outlining deliverables and timelines.
• Prices may vary based on project complexity and scope.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Digital Marketing Services: No refunds once the project has started.
• Courses: Cancellations before the course starts may be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds once the course has begun.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must provide accurate information and necessary materials (website access, brand assets, approvals, etc.).
• Any delays due to missing inputs from the client may affect project timelines.
• Plagiarism, spamming, or unethical marketing practices are not allowed and may result in termination without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property:

• Course materials and marketing strategies developed by iConnect Digital Marketing Agency & Training Hub are our intellectual property and cannot be copied, shared, or resold.
• Website designs, content, and marketing strategies developed for clients remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales but ensure ethical digital marketing best practices.
• External factors like search engine algorithm updates or third-party hosting issues are beyond our control.

7. Revisions & Support:

• Clients can request up to three revisions, depending on the package. Major design changes are not included in revisions.
• Any changes requested after project approval or website launch will be chargeable.
• Once a website is live, additional support will be provided at INR 500 per request.

8. Claims & Disputes:

• Revisions are allowed only if the original instructions were not followed. Additional modifications may incur extra charges.
• Claims must be submitted through official communication channels (Email only). Requests via social media or personal messaging apps will not be entertained.

9. Privacy Policy:

• Any personal or business data shared with iConnect Digital Marketing will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
